What is the difference between the plans?
Only the number of sites you can activate CrawlWP on. Every plan includes every feature— no features are held back for a higher tier.
Yearly or lifetime?
Yearly plans renew annually and include updates and support for as long as they are active. Lifetime is a single payment for the same thing, with no renewal. Lifetime pays for itself after roughly six years on the Standard plan, sooner on the others.
Is there a free version?
Yes. CrawlWP Lite covers on-page SEO — meta templates, schema, breadcrumbs, social cards, and the robots.txt editor — and is free from the WordPress plugin directory. The paid version adds Google News and Video sitemaps, improved indexing and search performance features.
What happens when my license expires?
The core plugin feature keeps working, and your settings stay in place. You stop receiving updates and premium support until you renew.
Can I move a license between sites?
Yes. Deactivate the license on one site and activate it on another from your account.
Do you offer refunds?
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand it doesn’t always meet everyone’s needs. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or have an issue we can’t resolve that makes the system unusable, we’re happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase.
A few conditions apply: we cannot provide refunds for technical issues unless you allow us to try to help. If we can’t resolve the issue, we will issue a refund. Please get in touch with us before requesting a refund for any technical issues.

Do I need a separate plugin for on-page SEO?
No. CrawlWP handles on-page WordPress SEO, indexing, and reporting, so it replaces Yoast, Rank Math, or whichever plugin you are running rather than running alongside it.
