Purchase and License Terms
CrawlWP is sold as an automatically recurring subscription that renews each year on the anniversary of the purchase date. It will continue to renew until canceled.
The renewal price will never be increased so long as the subscription is not canceled. If a subscription is canceled and re-activated later, and the cost of CrawlWP has increased within that period, the renewal price will be at the now-current price.
CrawlWP grants each customer a non-transferable license to use the software for internal use, as defined by the terms in the customer’s chosen license package. Where the license package allows the software to be used on multiple sites, the customer/license-holder may not on-sell the originally-purchased license key to other users of the license (such as clients) for commercial benefit.
Additionally, the customer may not sublicense any rights to distribute the software or license key to any person or entity.
CrawlWP will only provide support services to the original customer/license-holder with a legitimate license key and consider any other uses of this license key for fraudulent support queries.
Software Updates
Updates are free for as long as you have an active subscription. Updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If you can’t receive automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from your account page.
Refunds
If you have problems getting the plugin to work, we will happily provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be given.
Before a refund is granted, you must allow us to try to help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticket.
Note: refunds will not be granted if you decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem, but we expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

Refunds do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals.
