Automatic Internal Linking for WordPress
Internal links help visitors and search engines find your other pages. But adding them by hand to every post takes time, so most sites fall behind. With CrawlWP, you link a keyword to a URL once, and it automatically adds that link across your posts.

Why internal linking matters
Internal links are links from one page on your site to another. They help visitors find related content. They also help search engines find your pages and see which ones matter most.
Most people add internal links when a post is new, then forget. Older posts never link to newer ones, and your most important pages get fewer links than they should.
How it works
Set up automatic internal linking in three steps
Write your rules once. CrawlWP applies them to every post, old and new.
Step 1
Pick the pages worth linking to
Usually your most important content: the guides, product pages, and feature pages you want to rank.
Step 2
Write one rule per line
On the Internal Linking screen, enter the keyword, a pipe symbol, and the URL to link to.
Step 3
Switch on auto-linking
Turn on Enable auto-linking and save. The links appear on your posts right away, and disappear again if you switch it off.

What is automatic internal linking?
It turns chosen keywords in your posts into links to other pages on your WordPress site. You set the rules once, and CrawlWP adds the links for you.
Does it change my post content?
No. Links are added when the page is shown, so the post you saved stays exactly as you wrote it. Remove a rule, and the link goes away.
Will it add too many links?
No. Each keyword is linked at most three times, and it skips text you already linked by hand.
What happens if two rules match the same words?
The first rule in your list wins. Put your most important rules at the top.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. Switch off auto-linking, and all the automatic links go away. Your rules are kept for when you turn it back on.
Can I link to external URLs?
The rules accept any URL, but the feature is built for internal links, which is where the SEO value is.
Are internal link suggestions free?
Yes. The Links tab in the SEO metabox is part of CrawlWP Lite. Automatic linking with keyword rules is a Premium feature.
